Pressé slow cooked Ayrshire Pork Belly with crackling, red cabbage and apple, maple gravy, mash

Deans Wee Fish ‘n’ Chip Plate: Panko fried Fish, mussels and fries, cured fennel, shellfish emulsion, rouilles

Open Ravioli of Mushrooms and white beans with a hint of rosemary, pumpkin puree

Breast of free range Chicken, grilled prosciutto, truffle butter, puff pastry, vine tomatoes, garlic gratin potatoes, white wine and cream

Venison Winter Casserole, parsley dumpling, root crushed potatoes, glazed vegetables
